No Onsite Payments
Novawave Games does not sell games, software, or process any monetary transactions directly through this website. Because no payments are collected onsite, there are no e-commerce refunds to process. All financial transactions for our co-development services are handled via secure, external invoicing systems.
Project Inquiries
When you submit a project brief or request a studio capability review, you are initiating a discovery dialogue. This process is completely free of charge and carries no financial obligation. We review your requirements to determine if our specialized Unity, Unreal, or QA pods are the right fit for your production pipeline.
Cancellation of Scoping
You may cancel a project inquiry or halt the discovery and scoping phase at any time without penalty. Simply notify our production team via email that you no longer wish to proceed. Upon cancellation of an inquiry, we will cease all scoping activities and, upon request, destroy any preliminary documentation or assets you have shared.
Formal Engagements
Once a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) are signed, cancellation and termination clauses will be governed exclusively by those legal documents. The policies outlined on this website apply only to the pre-contractual inquiry and discovery phases initiated via our online forms.
Intellectual Property
If you choose to cancel your inquiry before formal engagement, Novawave Games asserts no rights or claims over any intellectual property, game design documents, or code snippets shared during the evaluation phase. We respect the creative ownership of our prospective partners unconditionally.
